Does leadership exist? Critical academics like Jon Billsberry make a powerful case for arguing 'no'. This talk accepts their case but goes to a different conclusion: one in which leadership 'exists' as a meaningful topic, and vision, courage and conflict are three things which can particularly illuminate it; but only if we are particularly challenging and self-aware in what we use words like these to mean.
